MULTIPLE SUSPECTS SOUGHT IN ARMED VAUGHAN HOME INVASION

Investigators with the York Regional Police Hold-Up Unit are seeking four suspects following a home invasion in the City of Vaughan.

On Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at approximately 11:20 p.m., officers responded to a home invasion in the area of Grand Trunk Avenue and Carrier Crescent. When they arrived at the scene, officers learned four suspects had forced their way into the residence through a rear door, armed with at least two firearms, a knife and a hammer.

The suspects demanded jewellery and cash. During the incident, a victim was assaulted by at least one suspect. The victim sustained minor injuries. 

The suspects were unsuccessful and fled the residence on foot.

Suspect #1: Male, Black, between 18 and 20-years-old, 5’10”, medium build. Last seen wearing a grey hoodie and carrying a firearm.

Suspect #2: Male, brown, 18 to 20-years-old, approximately 5’9”, carrying a firearm with a small barrel.

Suspect #3: Male, Black, 18 to 20 years-old, carrying a hammer.

Suspect #4: Male, Black, carrying a small knife.

The investigation is ongoing.

Officers would like to speak with anyone who may have video surveillance or dashcam footage in the area at the time of the incident.
