Under the authority of the Regional Municipality of York Police Services Board, the York Regional Police Purchasing Unit is responsible for the procurement of all goods and services required by the organization. All acquisitions are performed in accordance with Purchasing Bylaw 10-17.
In order to participate in a York Regional Police bid opportunity, bidders must create a bidding system vendor account. Bidders can select commodity codes for specific goods and services and the bidding system will notify the vendor of bid opportunities matching their commodity code selection.
