Requesting copies of reports

Members of the public, law firms or insurance companies can request copies of the following general occurrence reports:

Motor-vehicle collision reports
Self-reporting accident reports
Property damage
Fraud
Theft
Stolen/recovered vehicle

Copies of other police documents can be obtained through a formal Freedom of Information request, made at York Regional Police headquarters in Aurora.
