MISSING VULNERABLE MAN FROM RICHMOND HILL

Investigators with the York Regional Police #2 District Criminal Investigations Bureau are seeking public  assistance in locating a missing vulnerable 62-year-old man from the City of Richmond Hill.

John LEBLANC was last seen on Monday, September 16, 2024, at 11:45 a.m. at a plaza in the area of Tower Hill Road and Yonge Street.

He has not returned home and his family has been unable to locate him. His family and police are concerned for his well-being.

Description:

  • Male, white
  • 62 years, 5’8”, heavy build
  • Brown eyes, brown hair
  • Last seen wearing a dark, long-sleeve top, dark-coloured blue jeans, bright red or orange sneakers
