Investigators with the York Regional Police Special Victims Unit have laid numerous sex offence related charges and are appealing for any victims, as well as any witnesses, to come forward following an investigation in the City of Vaughan.

The investigation began on February 26, 2025, when the victim reported being sexually assaulted by a male she had just met. Through investigation, the male was identified and charged on March 4, 2025.

Investigators are releasing an image of the suspect as they believe there are more victims and potential witnesses. The male has been known to use dating apps as a method of meeting unsuspecting victims.

Charged:

  • Giuseppe AGRIPPA, 42, of the City of Vaughan

Charges:

  • Sexual Assault x2
  • Disobeying Order of the Court x2
  • Assault Choking

At the time of his arrest, the male was out on separate release orders for unrelated charges.

A sexual assault includes any non-consensual contact of a sexual nature. York Regional Police would like to encourage anyone who feels they may have been a victim of a sexual assault to come forward and report the incident to police. There is no statute of limitations for sexual offences and offenders can be prosecuted well after the date of the offence.
