Investigators with the York Regional Police #3 District Criminal Investigations Bureau have charged a man after an indecent act in the Town of Georgina.
On October 31, 2024 at approximately 1:30 p.m., the suspect was biking in a field in the area of Kalevi Road and Narva Avenue. The victim had initially seen the suspect wearing clothing, but observed him a short time later completely naked and touching himself. The victim yelled at the suspect who then got dressed and fled by bike. As a result of the investigation, police have charged a suspect for Indecent Act.
The suspect has also been linked to an Indecent Act that occurred on October 7, 2024.
Investigators are releasing an image of the suspect as they believe there may be more victims and are encouraging them to come forward.

A sexual assault includes any non-consensual contact of a sexual nature. York Regional Police would like to encourage anyone who feels they may have been a victim of a sexual assault to come forward and report the incident to police. There is no statute of limitations for sexual offences and offenders can be prosecuted well after the date of the offence.
