Customer services
Operating from the Community Resource Centre, members of the Customer Service Unit offer a variety of services, including:
- Criminal Record Checks
- Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Checks
- Vulnerable Sector Checks
- Proof of loss reports
- Incident summaries
- Record suspension applications
- Real-time fingerprinting for record suspensions, adoptions, Canadian citizenship, visa or border crossing

The Customer Service Unit has moved to York Regional Police Headquarters in Aurora. Please review our location and hours carefully before scheduling your appointment.

On all other dates, the Customer Service Unit will operate under its regular schedule:
Open by appointment only
Monday, Tuesday and Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Wednesday, Thursday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (phone support from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
Saturday, Sunday: Closed
